These are the terms and conditions set forth for our camp program. Please read carefully. By registering for an event or purchasing a registration you agree to the following terms:

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, We/Our/Us means Team Flight Control, LLC (including Aerial Mojo, LLC referred to as AM and Nick Lang Media, LLC referred to as NLM). We may change these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Using or accessing this website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website.

  1. Parents must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis.

  2. All transportation to and from camp is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. 

  3. On making a payment in full per child secures your child’s place in camp.

  4. We only accept children from the age of 10 years to 14 years (unless prior approval is granted otherwise).

  5. Note: A Parent or Guardian must sign the online Participation Waiver for any attendee under age 18 and agree to terms & conditions, payment via this website is also taken as agreement with the terms and conditions (including prepaid camps by sponsoring organizations).

  6. Any medical conditions must be clearly stated on the participation waiver. If your child requires special considerations, please notify us ASAP at aviator@teamflightcontrol.com or call 484-928-0609 for further instructions.

  7. Children may only bring water bottles, no snacks or foods are permitted.

  8. Children must arrive by time designated on the camp flyer or may be asked to reschedule.

  9. Team Flight Control, LLC does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children

  10. We reserve the right to cancel part of/or the entire program. In the case of a cancellation or reschedule, registrants will have the opportunity to reschedule for next available camp or be fully refunded the price of the camp paid during registration.

  11. Mobile Phones are not permitted in camp with exception of use for Tello or DroneBlocks app during program. All valuables must be left at home.

  12. During camps photographs and video footage may be taken only by us and used for promotional reasons. If you do not wish images of your child to be used by us. Please inform Team Flight Control, LLC when booking by email prior to event.

  13. Team Flight Control, LLC has permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness

  14. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on program schedule and other arrangements. Team Flight Control, LLC reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.

  15. Team Flight Control, LLC reserves the right to remove any child that is disruptive from the camp due to misbehavior or whose behavior puts themselves or others at risk (NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN).

  16. Please be aware, while we take every precaution and give clear instruction on use of drones, during the camps and beyond, Team Flight Control, LLC, and any of it's instructors, agents, and/or employees can not be held responsible for any injury that may occur during or after the camps by use of drones we provide or you may purchase. By registering your child and/or participating, you agree to not hold us responsible or liable for injury or damages that may occur in any capacity.

  17. Participants in Team Flight Control, LLC events have signed the online Participation Waiver and agree to the terms provided in the Liability / Covid-19 / Media Waiver that can be downloaded by clicking here

*** Exclusive Events Registration and Information***

All Team Flight Control, LLC exclusive events are for entertainment purposes only are not official public events. Events may offer prizes from us or our sponsors, are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed. Registration for any event is not guaranteed, and registrants may require special hardware and software to participate which is not provided by us. Software licenses and payment may be needed to access Rotor Rush or other simulators for the events which is the sole responsibility of the registrant or registrant's parent/guardian. Events typically require a radio controller or similar compatible controller and computer that meets the minimum simulator specifications to participate and is not provided by us. You may find a list of compatible hardware here.

We recommend using a Windows 10+ PC that can support lite gaming, a high speed internet connection, and radio transmitter that is simulator compatible. 

In order to participate in any event, you must have received an exclusive email regarding the event, attended a Camp Flight Control event at your school, and register on our website at www.teamflightcontrol.com. Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading the simulator and preparing for the event. You will have 5 attempts to post your fastest time. Top qualifiers with the fastest time will be eligible for the main racing event held at a later date to compete for prizes. Events, registration, and prizes subject to change.
